What do your co-hosts know about the people on your half of the guest list? The context behind each name: what they do, what they said when they RSVP’d, who they should really meet.
Co-hosting is a risk when both sides just spend time with the people they already know. The introductions that lead to something new never get made.
Try this: share a guest list view as a link. Your co-host opens it on their phone, no login needed, and only sees the columns you picked. Things like: company, LinkedIn, and maybe their answers to a survey question like “What’s the biggest thing on your plate right now?”
With a briefing like that, the people in the room can make introductions they wouldn’t have normally known to make.
