Most save-the-dates tell guests when. You can use one to learn who.
Put a “Request Calendar Invite” button in your save-the-date in Gatsby. One click sends the guest the invite they asked for and shows you who raised their hand.
This isn’t an “Add to Calendar” thing. This is basically a one-click RSVP. But, it’s not a commitment like an RSVP.
It’s intent data.
You can use that intent when your team is thinking about the venue contract, the speaker wants to know the room is real, and the sponsor wants a number before committing.
Sixty raised hands six months early helps answer a lot of questions before invites have gone out.
I’m walking through the setup live today at 2PM EST.
