SMS Terms of Service

Gatsby Events SMS

1. Gatsby Events sends event-related text messages to guests and event participants. Messages may include RSVP confirmations, event reminders, schedule updates, check-in notifications, and other communications related to events you are invited to or registered for.

2. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP to the short code. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us, including messages sent on behalf of any organization that uses Gatsby. To start receiving messages again, text START to the short code.

3. If you want to stop hearing from one organization but keep hearing from others, reply BLOCK and we will stop messages from the organization that most recently texted you. You can also manage every organization individually at gatsby.events/sms-help, where you verify your phone number and turn each one on or off.

4. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at:

5. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

6. As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies based on your event activity. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
